We’re looking for a Search Consultant to join our team.  Our Search Consultants source, recruit, and place top candidates with our clients on a direct hire basis and are responsible for growing new business within the direct hire practice.  As a Search Consultant you will be responsible for:


  • Helping top companies secure the consultants they need to drive business results.
  • Building relationships with new clients that fit the Advanced Resources ideal client profile for top tier consultants to work on a permanent basis.
  • Represent the most talented, hard to find candidates in the market.

  • Develop new client relationships through effective daily planning, prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting.
  • Consistently communicate with candidates and clients to foster open, honest relationships.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Business degrees with addition certifications preferred. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
  • Ability to independently organize work to meet established objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, both in one-on-one and in-group presentation situations as well as all levels of staff.
  • Experience working as a CPA is a bonus!
