  • Overview

    As an Advanced Group Sales Support Coordinator, you will strategically partner with your Director of Operations to provide support for our sales and recruitment activities.  To be successful in this role a Sales Support Coordinator must be highly motivated, self-managing, extremely detail accurate, have strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills. 


    • Responsible for running weekly and monthly reporting/audits and updating missing documentation.
    • Coordinate mass uploads of contacts, including data prep.
    • Create DH client submittal templates.
    • Manage various production related projects, as needed.


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field highly preferred
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience, in Staffing, Recruiting or Human Resources environment preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including solid to advanced working knowledge of Excel with ability to utilize formulas, pivots and v-lookup functionality
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed organizational skills
    • Must be able to develop strong working relationships with a customer service focus
    • Ability to plan objectives and provide assistance to others.  Also needs to use deductive reasoning, research skills, and decision-making skills to solve problems and enhance results
    • Flexible and open to changing priorities
    • Personable and outgoing with external and internal contacts
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
